AI is included and runs on our own servers. ### RGPD ADRI only sees what the person asking it to do something can see, access logs cannot be deleted, and data rights requests have their own workflow. ### EU AI Act ADRI makes it clear it is an AI when it calls someone outside, generated images and videos carry its mark, and critical actions require a person's approval. ## Tax and employment features are built for Spain It's better to know this before talking to us. The GDPR and the EU AI Act are European; these features, however, follow Spanish law: ### Invoicing and taxation VeriFactu and the Spanish Tax Agency forms are Spanish rules. We do not claim that they comply with your country's tax regulations. ### People and time tracking Time tracking, payroll and the pay register follow Spanish employment law, for example the 4-year retention of time records required by Spanish law. ### Whistleblowing channel and equality The whistleblowing channel follows Spanish Law 2/2023 and the equality plan, Spanish Royal Decree 901/2020. The website and the platform are available in seven languages, including French, and ADRI replies in the language of whoever writes to it. **Does it comply with French tax and employment law?** We don't claim that. The tax and employment features are built for Spanish law. The GDPR and the EU AI Act do apply in France in the same way. For everything else, we assess it case by case. **Where is the data stored?** On servers in Europe, or on your company's servers if you choose to install it on them. This is explained on the security page. **How much does it cost?** From €275/month per seat, with AI included and unlimited users. A seat is an AI task running in parallel, not a person. The server is chosen separately, from €100/month. Prices exclude VAT. **Can I connect it to the software I already use?** Often, yes. MCP connectors let ADRI query your current software without changing it.
