You pay one fee a month for the AI tasks ADRI works on at the same time, plus the server where your data lives. The AI is included and users are unlimited. All prices exclude VAT.
How it is calculated
Your fee is two pieces
One for the AI tasks you want at the same time and one for the server. You add them up and that is it.
Choose how many tasks you want at the same time
A seat is an AI task running in parallel, not a person: you can add your whole team. From 1 seat (€275/month) to 40 (€5,500/month).
Choose the server size
This is where your ERP, your CRM and your data live. From €100 to €300/month depending on volume.
Add the two together and you know your fee
Example: Professional plan (€1,320) + server M (€200) = €1,520/month, excluding VAT.
Two terms you will see: “parallel tasks” are the requests ADRI works on at the same time (if more arrive, they wait in a queue and none are lost), and “allowances” are what each plan includes per month (searches, images, video and audio).

Why doesn't it cost €20 a month like a chat?
A chat subscription of about €20 a month is a window for one person to talk, with the usage limits set by the provider. ADRI does work: it reads your email, checks your ERP and CRM, drafts and gets the task done. That work is measured in tokens.
What a token is
A piece of a word. AI doesn't read letters or whole words: it cuts text into tokens. In Spanish, a word is one or two tokens. A million tokens is roughly 700,000 words.
Input, output and cache
Input is everything the AI reads: your request, its instructions, the history and the documents. Output is what it writes, and it costs more because it is generated word by word. What it read recently is served from cache and costs almost nothing.
Why a task uses more than a question
To get something done, ADRI reads the context, uses a tool, reads the result and thinks again. At each step it rereads what came before. That is why a real task reads tens of thousands of tokens even if you only type one line.

Do the maths: one person giving ADRI 30 tasks a day, 22 days a month, is 660 tasks. At the pay-as-you-go rate, about €40 a month in AI alone. With the cache it is usually less; with long documents, more.
Per seat
You pay for the tasks ADRI works on at the same time, not for people: users are unlimited. If more tasks arrive than seats, they wait in a queue and are processed in order. AI is included within the plan's allowances. Fixed fee: you know what you pay every month, whether you work a lot or a little.
Per token (usage)
You pay for what the AI uses, with no fee and no commitment. It suits trying it out or irregular months. We warn you when you reach 80 % of your prepayment.

What people usually ask before signing up
Is the AI paid for separately?
No. On per-seat plans the AI is included, with its monthly allowances of searches, images, video and audio. On the pay-per-use plan you pay for what you spend, at the rate you see above.
What happens at sign-up? Do I pay anything now?
No. The form does not charge anything. We call you to confirm the details and activate your account. You can pay by SEPA direct debit, bank transfer or card.
Do prices include VAT?
All prices on this page exclude VAT.
Can I change plan type later?
Yes. You can switch between seats, pay-per-use and office whenever you need.
Why doesn't it cost €20 like ChatGPT?
Because it isn't the same thing. A €20 chat is one person talking, with usage limits. ADRI works with your data and gets tasks done, and each task reads far more than a question. We explain it with numbers in Seats and tokens.
How many users can I add?
As many as you want: the platform has no user limit. A seat is not a person, it is an AI task working at the same time. If your team asks for more tasks than fit in your plan, the rest wait in a queue and ADRI does them in order; none are lost.
Can I install it in my office with my own hardware?
Yes. If we install it on your servers, you pay an installation licence and, if you want us to maintain and update it, a separate maintenance contract. Maintenance is optional. You can choose only the server in your office with our AI (hybrid) or everything in your office with a dedicated AI machine.
Can I buy the source code?
Yes, it is quoted separately: request a quote. The licence allows you to use and adapt BionicAdri in your company, but not to resell the application or distribute it to third parties.
How do I add more seats if I run out?
You can change plan whenever you want; you have the price of each plan in the table above. Meanwhile you don't lose work: tasks that don't fit wait in a queue and ADRI does them in order.
How does payment by tokens work?
You make a prepayment of 100, 300, 600 or 1.200 €, always in euros, and what the AI spends is deducted. No fee or commitment. We notify you when you reach 80% of the prepayment.
What about backups?
The platform makes automatic backups of the database, locally, via SFTP or on Amazon S3, with the frequency you choose. You have more detail in Security and compliance.
