What an AI virtual office is
It's your office on the internet. You log in from the browser, on your computer or phone, and everything is together: clients, invoices, staff, email and calendar. Each piece of data is entered once and every area can see it.
The difference is ADRI. It's not a chat that only answers questions: you give it a task, like you would a colleague, and it does it using your company's data. Your data lives on our own servers in Europe.

What people usually ask us
Do I need to know anything about artificial intelligence?
No. You write what you need just as you'd say it to a colleague, by chat or by voice. ADRI decides which specialist handles it.
How is it different from regular management software?
With regular software, you do every step yourself. Here you can ask ADRI to do it: prepare an invoice, find clients or summarise your email. Anything important passes through your hands before it is sent.
Where is my data?
On our own servers in Europe, using open-source AI models. You decide who sees what through roles and permissions.
Can I bring over the data from my current system?
Yes. We migrate data from other management programs, Excel or Access, making sure clients, invoices and payments stay linked. It's part of the setup service.
How much does it cost?
From €275 a month per seat, meaning per AI task that ADRI runs at a time, with AI included and unlimited users. The server is chosen separately, from €100 a month. All prices exclude VAT.
