By accessing bionicadri.com or contracting our services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the services.
3. Description of the service
BionicAdri (the platform, also called BionicEye) is a business management platform (CRM, ERP, HR, operations, communication and support) and ADRI is its team of AI specialists. It is contracted per seat, pay-per-use or with a local installation, as set out on the pricing page and in the offer you accept.
4. User accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately of any unauthorised use.
5. Acceptable use
You will not use the service for illegal activities, abuse of the service, spam, exploitation of vulnerabilities, or to generate content that infringes the rights of third parties.
6. Intellectual property
ADRI and BionicAdri are the property of BIONICADRI SOLUTIONS S.L. The code, architecture, agents and brand are protected. The data you enter is yours.
7. Billing and payments
Billing and payment depend on the plan you choose (per seat, pay-per-use or on-premises installation), as set out in the accepted offer. Prices are shown excluding VAT; applicable VAT is added on the invoice.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data beyond what is established by applicable law.
9. Availability and support
The availability and support conditions of each plan are detailed in the contracted offer and on the pricing page.
10. Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate the service in the event of serious breach or abusive use. Data is kept for 30 days after cancellation in case you need to recover it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. The competent courts will be those of the registered office of BIONICADRI SOLUTIONS S.L.
