Interface for connecting programs
API
A doorway through which another program talks to ours. BionicAdri offers six: ADRI tasks, tickets, shop, employees, candidates and AI modules.

The brand
BionicAdri
The name of the complete offering: the platform plus the ADRI team of specialists.
The platform
BionicEye
Technical name of the platform. Brings CRM, ERP, HR, operations, communication and support together in one place, with no versions or duplicate data.

Visual builder
Canvas
A space in the chat where ADRI creates and edits websites, landing pages and applications, with a preview and version history.
Computerised maintenance management
CMMS
Software for managing machines, work orders, preventive maintenance and spare parts. BionicAdri includes it in Operations.
Link to other systems
MCP connector
A connection that lets ADRI query external tools (for example Odoo, PostgreSQL or Cloudflare). There are 21, and read-only mode is recommended.

Data binding
In Canvas, a placeholder such as {{factura.pendiente}} is replaced with the real data from your account's ERP or CRM.

eIDAS
The European framework for electronic signatures. BionicAdri offers reinforced simple signature, with an evidence page and SHA-256 fingerprint.

Sales funnel
A contact's journey: new, contacted, qualified, proposal, negotiation, and won or lost. In the CRM it appears as a board.

Specialist
Each of ADRI's 15 AI agents. It has a function (CRM and ERP, code, documents, messages, security…) and its own tools and limits.
European AI regulation
EU AI Act
Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. BionicAdri generates the documents it requires and warns when a person is speaking with an AI.

Clocking in
The daily record of each employee's start, break and end of work, mandatory in Spain. Supports optional geolocation and photo.

A score from 0 to 100 showing which contacts deserve attention first, calculated from five factors you can adjust.
Large language model
LLM
An AI model trained to understand and generate natural language. It is the reasoning engine of each specialist.
Spanish Information Society Services Act
LSSI
Spanish law on commercial communications over the internet. The prospecting engine shows a notice, and responsibility for its use lies with the user.

ADRI's Memory
Your company's manuals, policies and catalogues that ADRI consults to answer using your data. Technically it is called RAG.
Two-step verification
MFA
Asking for something more than the password on login: a code (TOTP), a key or fingerprint (WebAuthn) or a message by WhatsApp and email.
Model without a proprietary licence
Open-source model
An AI model whose code and weights are public. ADRI relies on them and runs on our own servers in Europe.
Mini-application
AI module
A prompt plus an agent, turned into a small application with a form, history and its own API. No coding.

Document reading
OCR
Automatic reading of the text in photos and scans: expense receipts, payslips, CVs, ID cards or contracts.
Overall equipment effectiveness
OEE
Measures how well a machine performs: availability times performance times quality. The Production control room calculates it live.
Open-source intelligence
OSINT
Searching for public information about companies, domains or people. In ADRI it is done by the osint specialist.

PGC
The Spanish accounting standard. BionicAdri generates double-entry postings when issuing invoices, receipts and expenses.

Retrieval-augmented generation
RAG
A technique where the AI first searches your documents and then answers using what it found. It is what sits behind ADRI's Memory.
General Data Protection Regulation
GDPR
The European personal data protection regulation. The platform includes an unsubscribe link, an access log and export of conversations.

Where your data lives
Our own servers in Europe
Data is hosted on our own infrastructure in Europe, not in third-party clouds outside it.
ADRI's coordinator
Supervisor
The specialist that receives your request, breaks it down and shares it among the others. It is one of the 15.

Calls with AI
ADRI's Phone
The customer's own phone line, over which ADRI calls and speaks. It says it is an AI and keeps a summary.
A piece of text
Token
The unit in which AI models measure what they read and write. It appears in the pay-per-use plan.

Electronic invoicing for the Spanish tax authority (AEAT)
VeriFactu
A system under Royal Decree 1007/2023: every invoice carries a chained SHA-256 fingerprint and a QR code. An issued invoice is locked; it can only be corrected with a credit note.

A specialist that reviews the system logs at night and opens tickets if something fails.
