AI chat for businesses: ask ADRI and get the work done
The chat with ADRI is where you ask it for tasks in natural language: analyse an Excel file, read an invoice, research a company or schedule a task. It is for anyone on the team, with no IT knowledge, and returns ready-to-use files.
What it is
A chat where ADRI does the work, not just answers
You type what you need, as you would tell a colleague. You do not choose a tool or agent: by default the supervisor handles it, distributing the request among its AI specialists (data, documents, image, code, messaging, planning…) and returns the result.
The chat works with your company data, but only with the data your role can see on screen. If you do not have permission for something, ADRI tells you and does not make it up. It is the central piece of the virtual office with AI.
Get started
Your first conversation
Open the chat
Press the ADRI button in the side menu or the chat icon in the header. A new conversation opens.
Choose a shortcut or type
You will see 8 example cards (web, Excel, research a company, summarise a PDF, schedule, image, message, markets). They fill the text box, but do not send anything on their own.
Follow the work
While it is thinking, you see the steps it takes. If it fails, you can retry.
It handles one message per conversation. If you type another while it is thinking, it is queued and starts on its own when the previous one finishes. You save the texts you repeat in My prompts.

Voice notes
Hold down the microphone to record a note. It is uploaded and sent to the thread as just another message.
Live Mode
Hands-free conversation, if it is enabled in your installation: you speak and ADRI replies with audio. It hangs up with the X, by saying “goodbye”, or just after 45 seconds of silence.
“Hello Adri”
If your installation includes it and you turn on the ear button, just say “Hello Adri” with the chat open to start Live Mode. The phrase is recognised in your browser and no audio is sent to any server until it is heard.
Annotate an image
Draw arrows or text on an image and send it: “change this button” without explaining.
Schedule the send
The clock leaves a message for “tomorrow at 9” or a date up to 14 days ahead. It can be cancelled while it is pending.

Ask for the result you want, in the format that works for you. These are examples from the usage manual itself:

Files
What ADRI generates stays in the chat
Workspace per conversation
Excel, PDF, HTML, images or scripts that ADRI creates appear under the message, with name, size and link. An HTML file opens in a new tab.
Private links
Files are not in a public folder. They are opened with a link that expires after 7 days and is renewed when you reopen the conversation.
Share with someone outside
The Share icon creates a public link with an expiry date, without logging in. You see how many times it was opened and revoke it immediately. Only the chat owner can do this.
Integrated viewers
PDF, spreadsheets, diagrams, CAD drawings, 3D models, images and video are viewed inside the chat.
Canvas for websites and code
If ADRI generates a website or a script, you open it in the Canvas to view, edit and save it.
Export to PDF
Download the whole conversation or just one response. You can also copy, read aloud, or open a response as a document.
Schedule
Scheduled tasks and monitors
You don't need to be there. From the calendar, you create an event with “Run with ADRI”, write what it should do, and at the scheduled time ADRI runs it. When it finishes, you see the result in the event and a Continue in Chat button to keep talking with it.
If you want it to repeat, enable recurrence: it becomes a monitor that runs every N minutes and is managed on its own screen (pause, reactivate, edit or cancel). By default, a monitor asks you to confirm every 24 hours and lasts a maximum of 7 days; you can leave it indefinite or with an end date. All AI usage is measured in the Consumption Panel.
AI modules
A saved prompt for tasks you repeat
An AI module is a saved prompt with an assigned agent. It is created by an administrator, manually or by describing it to ADRI (“find companies in a sector and write an email for each one”). Afterwards, any user with permission can use it by filling in a form: text, one file or several.
Each run appears as Input, AI, Result. You can schedule it for later, resync it, continue it in the chat, or select 2 to 20 tasks and generate a report that analyses them together. Modules marked to be shown in navigation appear in the left panel of the chat itself. They can also be launched via API.

Folders, search and rooms
Pinning and folders
Pin a conversation with the star or put it in a folder. Pinned ones and those in a folder aren't deleted by retention while your account is active.
Search everywhere
Ctrl+K searches inside the text of your messages, including those from WhatsApp and Telegram. The box in the left-hand panel searches by title.
Hide, don't delete
The crossed-out eye removes a conversation from your list. It isn't lost: the Hidden filter brings it back. Conversations aren't deleted manually; only retention (180 days without activity, or whatever your server has).
Share
Send a copy to a colleague with chat permission, or invite them to the room to work in the same thread, with the whole history or only from now on.

Permissions, confirmations and spend
Each role sees its own
The chat applies the same permissions as the screens. A salesperson sees their leads; management sees everything. Permissions aren't changed by asking the chat; only in Roles.
Asks for confirmation
Accepting a quote or converting it into an invoice isn't done straight away: ADRI shows you a summary and waits for your ‘yes’. ADRI doesn't delete customers or leads: it deactivates or cancels them using the same rules as the screens.
Tools with their own permissions
Searching for public information, sending alerts, making phone calls or launching a security audit depend on your role, and every sensitive use is logged.
AI included and metered
There's no wallet to top up. ‘My AI usage’ shows what each response costs and the Consumption Dashboard records it for administrators.

You pay per seat: a seat is an AI task running in parallel, not a person, so there is no limit on users. The server where your data lives is chosen separately, from €100/month. Prices exclude VAT.

What people usually ask us
Do I have to choose which agent to use?
No. You write the request and the supervisor distributes it among the specialists needed. If you say ‘analyse this Excel and send me the summary via WhatsApp’, it chains the two together without you asking it to.
Can I talk to it by voice?
Yes. You can record voice notes, use Live Mode to talk hands-free and activate ‘Hola Adri’ to open it by voice alone. It's optional and each browser activates it on its own.
Are my conversations deleted?
Not manually. Only retention deletes them, after 180 days without new messages or whatever period your server has. Pinned ones and those in a folder are kept while your account is active. Hiding doesn't delete anything.
What happens to the files ADRI generates?
They stay in that conversation's workspace, privately. You open them with links that expire after 7 days and, if you want to show one to someone outside, you create a public link with an expiry that you can revoke.
Can it schedule tasks for later?
Yes. A calendar event with ‘Run with ADRI’ launches the task at its scheduled time, and recurrence turns it into a monitor that repeats every N minutes. You can also schedule a message to be sent up to 14 days in advance.
Can it see data that I can't see?
No. The chat applies the same permissions as the application. If your role can't see something on screen, ADRI won't tell you about it either.
