ADRI Phone

ADRI Phone: AI calls from your company line

ADRI Phone lets the AI make voice calls with your company's SIP line. It calls you or, if you enable it, customers and contacts, and when it hangs up it leaves the summary in the chat.

What it is

ADRI makes phone calls with your line

ADRI can make a call and hold a spoken conversation: it calls you to tell you something, or calls a customer or contact to ask them whatever you've asked it to. When it hangs up, it leaves the summary in the chat.

To make calls it needs a phone line, and you provide that line. It works with any operator that gives you a SIP line: we don't set up a PBX, ADRI connects to yours like just another phone.

Who provides what

Two parts, two bills

Split between the line and ADRI's voice

The phone line (SIP trunk)You, with the operator you wantYour operator, on their bill
ADRI's voice, which understands and speaksBionicAdriIt counts towards your AI usage, like the rest

It's like that on purpose. Calls go out with your company's number, you can change operator whenever you want without asking us for anything and you pay for telephony at market price.

Configure it

It's set up on a screen, without touching servers

  1. You ask for the SIP details

You ask your operator for the line's SIP connection details: server, username, password and a verified number to call from.

  2. You fill in the screen

In ADRI Phone, within settings, which only super-administrators and administrators can see. The password is stored encrypted and is not shown again.

  3. Check and switch on

The Check button verifies that the server exists and responds. Then you switch on telephony and, if you want, allow ADRI to call other people.

One thing to watch: Check doesn't validate the username or password. You only find that out on the first real call. If it fails, the calls card marks it in red as «The line refused registration».

On the call

What ADRI can do depends on who it calls

Differences between calling you and calling a third party
Calls youCalls another person
Knows who you are and your historyYesNo
Uses tools (CRM, email…)YesNo, none
What it knows about the matterEverything it knows about youOnly what you told it when requesting the call
Says it's an AINo needYes, always at the start

It is a deliberate safety fence. That's why, when asking it to call a third party, tell it in that same message everything it needs to know. You ask it by talking to it in the chat, for example: 'Call +34600111222 and ask if the quote arrived'.

Call analysis

And recordings can be evaluated

If you activate the Call Analysis module, recordings are transcribed and ADRI evaluates them. Those from your PBX (Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX or Issabel) are also included via a connector.

  • Seven dimensions: protocol, active listening, empathy, knowledge, resolution, communication and sales management.
  • Useful report: strengths and improvements with verbatim quotes, transcript, audio and an action plan.
  • Fixed legal limit: the system does not describe workers' emotional state; only observable technique.
  • Role-based visibility: each person sees the calls in which they appear as operator; administration and management see all.
  • Retention: analysed calls are purged after 180 days and can be deleted one by one.

Price

From €275/month, AI included

You pay per seat: a seat is an AI task running in parallel, not a person, so there is no limit on users. The server where your data lives is chosen separately, from €100/month. Prices exclude VAT.

Frequently asked questions

What people usually ask us

Do I need a PBX?

No. ADRI connects to your SIP line like any other phone. You just need your operator to provide the connection details for that line.

Can I use the number I already have?

Yes, if your operator gives you SIP access to that line. Calls are made with that number.

How much do calls cost?

Phone minutes are charged by your operator. ADRI's voice is part of your AI usage, which you can see in the Usage Panel.

Can ADRI receive calls?

No. Today it only calls: you, or if you enable it, other people.

Does it say it's an AI?

Yes. On all calls to third parties, it informs them that it is an AI at the start. It is not optional or configurable.

Who can ask it for a call?

Anyone with ADRI's calling permission. By default, administration and management. You ask it by talking to it in the chat.
