Upload and forget
Drag in PDF, Word, Excel, Markdown or text files, up to 20 MB per file. The file is queued and ADRI processes it in the background: you can close the panel and carry on working.
Knowledge base
AI Memory stores your company’s documents so ADRI can use them when answering. You upload manuals, policies or catalogues, and ADRI replies with that information in the chat and on the other channels, without you having to paste it in every time.
What it is
AI Memory is where you upload the documents that explain how your company works: manuals, policies, catalogues, procedures or commercial terms. ADRI consults them when it replies to you in the chat and on the other channels.
In technical terms, it’s a RAG: before answering, ADRI searches your documents for the relevant chunks and answers using them. It opens from the Knowledge tab in the ADRI chat.
What it does for you
Drag in PDF, Word, Excel, Markdown or text files, up to 20 MB per file. The file is queued and ADRI processes it in the background: you can close the panel and carry on working.
It finds “days off” even if you ask about “holidays”. You don’t need to use the exact words from the document.
What you upload as a company is used by the whole organisation with permission. Personal items are only visible to you and are used in your conversations.
A panel to test what ADRI would retrieve for a question, with a similarity bar for each result. If everything comes back weak, documentation is missing.
Click a row and you see the chunks it has been split into, along with their word count. This lets you check that a PDF was read properly.
When you delete a file, its fragments are also deleted, and ADRI stops knowing that content instantly.
How it works
With the Upload button you choose whether it's company or personal. The supported formats are PDF, Word, Excel, Markdown and text.
Extracts the text and divides it into fragments with their own meaning. A 30-page manual can end up as a few dozen fragments.
Each fragment receives a numerical vector that represents what it says. This is what allows searching by meaning and not just by words.
When you ask, ADRI retrieves the closest fragments and answers based on them, in the chat, WhatsApp, tickets and the rest of the channels.
What to upload and what not
The platform's own manuals sync automatically with each update, so ADRI also knows how BionicAdri is used without you uploading anything.
This memory is not the chat history: they are permanent documents that you upload, with their own deletion management.
Who can use it
By default, administration, management, sales, HR and office. The administrator changes it in Roles.
Only staff with permission see them in searches. External clients, candidates and ex-employees do not.
For company documents, by default only administration and management. Personal ones are only deleted by their owner.
Price
You pay per seat: a seat is an AI task running in parallel, not a person, so there is no limit on users. The server where your data lives is chosen separately, from €100/month. Prices exclude VAT.
Frequently asked questions
PDF, Word (.doc and .docx), Excel (.xls, .xlsx and .csv), Markdown and text. The maximum size is 20 MB per file, and you can upload several at once.
It enters the queue and ADRI processes it in the background. A short one takes seconds and a long manual can take several minutes. The table updates on its own and you'll see the status of each row.
It depends on the scope you choose. Company ones are used by staff with permission; personal ones are only visible to you. Other people's personal documents are never opened.
Check that the status is "Completed" and open the document to see its fragments. A scanned PDF without real text can give empty fragments: try again, optimise the PDF or upload a version with text.
Yes. When you delete it, the file and all its fragments are removed, and ADRI stops using it instantly. You can also delete several at once, with the same permissions.
