What can I ask it?
Behind the scenes there are several AI specialists coordinated with one another: you write what you need in natural language and the system decides internally how to resolve it. You don't need to choose the tool yourself.
Consult your business
Your assistant knows your platform's data in real time: invoices, customers, employees, calendar, etc.
- "How many new leads do I have this week?"
- "Show me the employees who haven't clocked in today."
- "Which invoices have been outstanding for more than 30 days?"
- "Top 10 customers by revenue for the last year."
Create and modify things
- "Create a quote for customer X for 3.500€ with VAT broken down."
- "Send a payment reminder to all customers with invoices overdue by more than 15 days."
- "Convert the lead 'Bodega Viñas' into a customer and move it to the 'Negotiation' phase."
Documents: OCR, extraction, analysis
Attach the file to the message and ask for whatever you want:
- "Analyse this contract (PDF attached) and tell me key points, risks and expiry dates."
- "Extract the fields from this scanned invoice: supplier, CIF, date, amount, VAT."
- "This CV — give me a 5-line summary, years of experience and main skills."
Supported formats: PDF, images (JPG, PNG, WebP, TIFF), Word, Excel. Multilingual.
Audio and video
- "Transcribe this meeting recording and tell me who said what."
- "Convert this text into audio with a female voice for the customer's WhatsApp."
Data and analysis (CSV / Excel)
- "Analyse this year's sales CSV and give me the monthly trend with a chart."
- "From this Excel file with 5 sheets, consolidate everything into one clean table."
- "Segment these customers into 4 clusters by behaviour."
Web search and research
- "Find public information about company X: website, social media, phone, estimated size."
- "What is the average market price of product X in Spain? Give me 5 sources."
Social media
- "Generate 3 variants of a LinkedIn post about [topic], professional tone."
- "Script for a 30-second short video about [topic], contemporary language."
Multichannel notifications
"Send the reminder for tomorrow's meeting to [contact] via WhatsApp." It never invents contacts — it only uses those in your database or the ones you specify.
Attach files
You can upload several megabytes per message: PDF, images, audio, video, Excel, CSV, Word. Your assistant extracts the content and uses it in its response.
Company knowledge base
You can upload internal documents (policies, catalogue, FAQs, procedures) so your assistant can check them whenever needed, both with you and when serving customers via WhatsApp, email or Telegram.
What to upload
- Corporate information: mission, values, organisational chart, locations.
- Product and service catalogue, FAQs, case studies.
- Internal policies and procedures.
- Product manuals and technical documentation.
- Response templates and brand tone.
What NOT to upload
Anything that changes frequently or already lives in another module: invoices, quotes, orders, payroll, time entries, individual leads, specific customer data, stock, calendar. That data is already queried in real time directly — uploading it separately creates duplicates that age poorly.
Golden rule
If the information could appear in a manual or a public company website → it goes in the knowledge base. If it's a record that changes day to day → no.
Scheduled tasks
From the calendar you can create events that your assistant runs automatically: enable automatic execution on the event, write the prompt and at the scheduled time it runs by itself, leaving the result in a chat so you can continue the conversation.
Conversation history
You can resume any previous conversation, rename it, archive it, share the link with a colleague (if they have permission) or search by content within the messages.
Visual editor for AI-generated websites
When you ask it for a landing page or website, it generates real files (HTML, CSS, images) that you can edit visually as in a design tool:
- In the response, a block of generated files appears — click the icon to open the visual editor.
- Turn on designer mode: you'll see the files, different screen sizes (mobile/tablet/desktop) and zoom controls.
- Hover over the preview and click on the element you want to change (a heading, a button, an image).
- Write the change in natural language — "make it bigger", "change the colour to emerald green", "rewrite the text more persuasively" — and send it.
- The change is applied seconds later. Download the final result when you're done.
Tips
- Be specific — the clearer the prompt, the better the response.
- Attach real data — an Excel with your numbers gives much more useful answers than describing them in text.
- Review before executing — if you ask it to send messages or create invoices, confirm before the action becomes irreversible.
