The sales pipeline
Kanban view with drag and drop between stages: New → Contacted → Qualified → Proposal → Negotiation → Won / Lost. There's also a table view with search, filters and export, and an analytics panel with conversion KPIs.
Create leads
Manually
- Go to Sales → Leads → New.
- Fill in name, email, phone, company.
- Choose the source (manual, web, referral, event…).
- Assign a sales rep (optional — if you leave it blank, one is assigned automatically).
With AI-powered discovery
Describe the profile you're looking for ("logistics companies in Madrid with more than 50 employees") and the system searches, filters duplicates and creates the leads automatically. If the search fails, you can retry it from the history.
Automatic enrichment
Every new lead goes through a background process that fills in email, phone, website, sector, employees and turnover by searching public sources. If the data is insufficient, it gets a second, deeper chance before being discarded.
When several possible email addresses for a company are detected, all are saved: if one bounces, the rest continue to receive contact — the lead is not lost because of a single bounced address.
Autonomous outreach
The system can automatically contact new leads via WhatsApp and email, with staggered follow-ups if there is no response, and moves those that have had no activity for a long time to "Lost". All of this is configurable: you can enable or disable it, adjust the timings and daily send volume.
Each message automatically adapts to the size and sector of the company, always using real information from your own catalogue — never made-up data.
Outbound sends respect configurable working hours and limit the daily volume so as not to overload any channel or look like spam.
Lead scoring
Each lead receives a score from 0 to 100, recalculated periodically, combining: complete data, recorded activity, recency of the last contact, estimated deal value and level of interaction with your campaigns. Labels range from 🔥 Hot (high probability of closing) to 🧊 Cold.
Mark as lost or discarded
When you move a lead to "Lost", you are asked for the reason (price, competitor, no budget, no response…). These reasons are customisable.
Convert to customer
When you move a lead to "Won", you are offered the option to convert it into a customer: all enriched data is transferred to their record, and from there you can access quotes, invoices and projects.
Revenue forecast
The forecasting module calculates how much you expect to close this month, next month or the quarter, based on the value of each active lead and the close probability according to its stage.
Import and export
You can export your leads to Excel or CSV, edit them and import them again — the system detects duplicates by identifier, email or CIF and updates instead of creating copies.
Compliance and privacy
Every automated message includes a unique unsubscribe link. If the recipient clicks it, they will not receive any further contacts. All automated contact activity is recorded in a searchable history, with retention limited over time in accordance with data protection regulations.
Quick summary
This BionicAdri guide explains the flow in operational language: what to do in the interface, what the platform checks and when to escalate to an ADRI agent or support. Use it as a checklist the first time and as a reference after onboarding.
- Requirement: a user with permission on the module described.
- If a step fails, check your role and permissions and the connection status (email, ERP, WhatsApp…).
- To automate the flow with AI, open ChatAI and describe the goal; the supervisor delegates to the appropriate specialist.
Frequently asked questions
