A Spanish company working remotely across Europe
We are BIONICADRI SOLUTIONS S.L., a team from Murcia (Spain) that makes management software with artificial intelligence. We serve companies in other European countries remotely, by video call, email and WhatsApp, in seven languages. You can find out more about us at about us.

Servers in Europe
Your data lives on servers in Europe, or on your own if you prefer to install it in your company. The AI is included and runs on our own servers.
RGPD
ADRI only sees what the person asking it for something can see, access logs cannot be deleted, and data rights requests have their own workflow.
EU AI Act
ADRI says it is an AI when calling someone outside the company, generated images and videos carry its mark, and critical actions require a person's approval.
No surprises
Tax and employment matters are built for Spain
It's better to know this before talking to us. GDPR and the EU AI Act are European; these features, however, follow Spanish law:
Invoicing and tax
VeriFactu and the Spanish Tax Agency's forms are Spanish rules. We do not claim they comply with your country's tax regulations.
People and time tracking
Time tracking, payroll and the pay register follow Spanish employment law, for example the 4-year retention period for time records required by Spanish law.
Whistleblowing channel and equality
The whistleblowing channel follows Spanish Law 2/2023 and the equality plan, Spanish Royal Decree 901/2020. These are requirements in Spain.

A fixed price per seat, not per hour: a seat is an AI task running in parallel, not a person, so there is no limit on users. The server where your data lives is chosen separately, from €100/month. If you prefer your own servers, it can also be installed on them. Prices exclude VAT.

What we're usually asked
Can it be installed on our own servers?
Yes. In addition to the option on servers in Europe, it can be installed on your company's servers with an installation licence. Details are on the pricing page.
Which languages does it work in?
In seven: Spanish, English, Romanian, French, German, Italian and Portuguese. ADRI replies in the language of whoever writes to it.
Does it comply with the EU AI Act?
The platform includes measures designed for it, such as warning that it is an AI when calling someone outside the company or labelling generated content. Final compliance also depends on how your company uses AI.
Does it comply with the tax and employment regulations of my country?
We don't claim that. The tax and employment features are built for Spanish law. For your country, we assess it case by case.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in Europe, or on your company's servers if you choose to install it on them. It's explained on the security page.
How much does it cost?
From €275/month per seat, with AI included and unlimited users. A seat is an AI task running in parallel, not a person. Separately, you choose the server, from €100/month. Prices exclude VAT.
Can I connect it to the software I already use?
Often, yes. MCP connectors let ADRI query your current software without changing it. It depends on the software, so we review it with you before promising anything.
