Public support page
An address /soporte on your server where anyone can open a request without registering and follow it afterwards. It comes switched off: you switch it on.
Your customers' customers
What your company can offer its own customers: a support page that you can switch on and off whenever you want, a portal where they can see their invoices and sign, and a sign-up process with email and mobile number verification. Everything lives on your company's server.
What it is
An address /soporte on your server where anyone can open a request without registering and follow it afterwards. It comes switched off: you switch it on.
Each customer logs in with their account and sees only their own: quotes, invoices, projects and tickets. They can also sign documents and contracts.
A company signs up on its own with its business email and mobile number. Nothing is created until it confirms both codes. It comes switched off.
What belongs to each company: these pages are published on your company's server, with your data and your settings. They are not shared with other companies that use BionicAdri.
Your own support
You go to Tickets, the Public page tab, and switch it on or off. While it is off the page does not exist: anyone who visits will see a 404 error, as if it had never been created. Administration and management can see and change it.
Anyone, or only known customers. With the customer filter, the check is done after the code and the page responds the same whether or not the email exists, so nobody can find out who your customers are.
You set which departments the visitor sees, the default department and urgency, the welcome text and the contact email shown to non-customers.
Up to 5 files of 10 MB each: PDF, images, Office documents and text. They are stored privately and are not published.
At the top you see unconfirmed requests from the last 24 hours, tickets created by the page in 30 days and those still open.
Tickets from the page carry the Web badge in the list. Your internal notes never go out to the customer.
The customer journey
Name, email, subject and description. If they wish, company, phone, department and attachments. They accept the data protection notice.
They receive a 6-digit code by email. It is valid for 15 minutes, has 5 attempts and they can request a resend up to 3 times.
When the code is entered, the ticket is created and they receive an email with a personal tracking link.
From that link they see the thread and reply. If they reply on a closed ticket, it reopens.
Why the ticket appears after the code: until the email is confirmed, no ticket exists, only a pending request. This way an automated program does not fill your list or waste AI classifying junk. Unconfirmed requests are deleted automatically after 24 hours, along with their attachments.
Abuse protection: each submission sends an email to the address entered, so there are daily limits of 5 sends per email, 20 per network address and 300 in total. Once exceeded, the page responds the same but does not send any code.
Customer portal
The customer views their own. From an invoice's public link they can pay the outstanding amount by card and download the PDF, without logging in.
They read the contract in their language, sign it, download the PDF, choose or change the payment method and can request cancellation. Cancellation does not cancel anything on its own: it opens a ticket to Billing for a person to handle. More in quotes and contracts.
If you send them a document to sign, they sign it from their portal, with their account, without touching the rest of your company.
They see their tickets and reply. They receive your replies by email, in the same thread.
You create the account from the Users tab of the customer record, already verified, and the customer receives a welcome email. You can resend the verification, edit it or deactivate it; no data is deleted.
They don't see HR, payroll or the rest of the management. Neither the portal nor ADRI sees the data you mark as sensitive.
Customer sign-up
Name, company, business email, mobile with WhatsApp and password. Free email accounts (Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, Yahoo…) are not accepted: the domain is what shows the company exists.
First of two steps: they receive a code by email and enter it.
Second step: once the email is verified, they receive another code by WhatsApp. Each code expires after 15 minutes and can be requested again.
With both codes correct, their customer record and portal account are created at the same time, and they get straight in.
No customer, no user, no contract until both codes are validated. If they don't finish, their data is deleted after 24 hours.
If it matches a customer you already have by company name, email domain or phone number, nothing is created and the person is told that the team will review the sign-up. Administration gets a notice with the match. Nobody sees another customer's data just by typing their name.
Off by default: while public registration is off, the sign-up page doesn't exist. Administration turns it on. Those who arrive this way carry the “Web sign-up” tag in the customer list.
Control
The support page, public registration and automatic account creation come switched off until you turn them on.
The public support page is changed by administration and management; public registration by administration. What each role can do is set in Roles.
Tickets that arrive through the page can be classified with AI and, by category, answered with ADRI's help, always with human review. It's optional and explained in AI-powered support tickets.
Price
The portal, the support page and the sign-up are part of BionicAdri. You pay per seat (one AI task running in parallel, not a person), so your customers and your team don't count as users.

No. It comes switched off, and while it is off, the address doesn't exist and returns a 404 error. You switch it on from Tickets, on the Public page tab.
To check that the email is theirs and stop automated programs filling up your inbox. Until they confirm it, no ticket exists, and unconfirmed requests are deleted after 24 hours.
Yes. With the known customers only option, a ticket is only created if the confirmed email belongs to a customer or a customer user. Everyone else is shown your contact email.
Its quotes, invoices, projects and tickets, plus the documents and contracts you send it to sign. It doesn't see staff, payroll or the rest of your management.
It isn't duplicated. If it matches by name, email domain or phone number, nothing is created and administration gets a notice so it can decide. The system never links it to the existing customer on its own.
On your company's server. Each company has its own support page and its own portal, and they are not shared with others.
No. The Support button in the profile menu is how your team asks BionicAdri for help. The public support page is the one you offer your customers.
