Email to ticket
A business email account is checked every minute and each new email opens a ticket. You can mark it as read or move it to the bin.
Support
Emails that arrive in your support account are converted into tickets, ADRI classifies them by category and urgency and, if you enable it, answers simple queries. Anything doubtful goes to a person. Everything comes turned off by default and you turn it on.
What it is
It is a support system with a listing, a record for each incident, conversation thread, statuses, tags and statistics. It is used to serve customers and also for internal support.
AI is optional and works in layers: first converting the email into a ticket, then classifying it and, only if you enable it per category, responding. If the AI is not sure, it sends nothing and leaves the ticket for human review.
What it does for you
A business email account is checked every minute and each new email opens a ticket. You can mark it as read or move it to the bin.
ADRI assigns category and urgency. It can also detect if the sender is a CRM lead or if the email is a supplier invoice.
In the categories you mark, ADRI replies by email in the same thread, with a notice that the reply is AI-assisted and that a human can be requested.
If the AI is not confident or fails three times, the ticket moves to human review status with an internal draft. The customer receives nothing.
A button translates the ticket into your language without touching the original. For suspicious emails, you can request a security analysis.
Assign, postpone, merge duplicate tickets, internal notes, predefined replies, tags, export to Excel and customer rating on close.
How it works
You choose the company mailbox and activate email-to-ticket conversion. You accept the legal notice on AI use.
You mark a single low-risk category for ADRI's reply and choose an AI user with limited permissions.
You filter by human review, handle what ADRI did not dare to answer and gradually expand categories.
Tickets API
You create a dedicated token for tickets or reuse the one from a server you already monitor. Each token only sees and manages the tickets it created.
If you send an external reference and there is already an open ticket with it within the last 30 days, the API returns that ticket instead of creating another.
Via the API you can list, view, reply, change the status of several tickets at once and leave an internal resolution note.
A test screen lets you launch requests and see the equivalent cURL. Note: it creates real tickets, so mark the title as a test.
Control and limits
Neither email-to-ticket conversion nor automatic replies are active until you turn them on.
Each person sees all tickets, those of their department or only their own, depending on their role. Internal notes do not reach the customer.
As soon as a person posts a reply, the AI leaves that ticket alone. Tickets with a phishing or scam warning do not receive automatic replies.
Price
You pay per seat: a seat is an AI task running in parallel, not a person, so there is no limit on users. The server where your data lives is chosen separately, from €100/month. Prices exclude VAT.
Frequently asked questions
Only in the categories you select, and only if it is confident. If in doubt, it does not send and leaves the ticket in human review. We recommend starting with a low-risk category.
Yes. Automatic replies state that the communication is AI-assisted and that the customer can request human support. That notice does not depend on the text you edit.
With IMAP and SMTP accounts using an app password. It does not connect through Google or Microsoft sign-in, and personal Outlook or Hotmail mailboxes cannot be connected.
Yes, with the tickets API: a dedicated token or the token for a monitored server. There is deduplication so that a watcher that repeats alerts does not flood the inbox.
The AI does not reply again. A public reply from a person closes the ticket and prevents ADRI from overriding your message.
