Prices and cost
Each item carries a standard price, cost, discount and premium, VAT, unit and SKU. Cost is the floor: you don't sell below it. The catalogue is the official source of prices, also for ADRI.
Catalogue and store
Product and service catalogue with a showcase and store API
The catalogue brings together what you sell, with prices, stock and a store listing. Your quotes and invoices come from it, and your website can read it with a read-only API. It's for SMEs that sell products or services and want a single list.
Catalogue
What you sell, in a single list
The catalogue is in Management → Customers and catalogue → Catalogue. It brings together services (hours, projects), products (materials, kits, licences with a quota) and subscriptions. From there come the lines of quotes and invoices, so the price is written only once.
Commission
Each item can carry the commission percentage of whoever closes the sale, which feeds into sales commissions.
Filters and Excel
You filter by type, category and status, and export to Excel. Those who can delete remove in bulk, with double confirmation; items already used are skipped.
Stock
Unlimited or tracked, you decide per item
By default, an item has unlimited stock and nothing is deducted. If you tick Track stock, you set the quantity and a low-stock threshold, and the table shows the Low and Out of stock warnings.
Quote
It warns if there isn't enough stock, but doesn't deduct units: you haven't sold yet.
Issued invoice
When it stops being a draft, it deducts the units from each controlled line. If you edit an already issued invoice, only the difference is adjusted.
Cancelled or credit note
If you cancel the invoice or return it to draft, stock comes back. In a credit note, you mark per line whether goods actually come back.
Warnings do not block saving: you can invoice without stock if you have already ordered replenishment. Every day at 08:05, if there are active items that are out of stock or below minimum, ADRI drafts an email for the people with ERP access and sends it via the notification queue. If there is nothing on alert, nothing is sent.
Storefront
The store listing, with ADRI's help
Each item can have its store listing: image, sales copy in HTML and SEO data (title, description and URL). It is filled in the creation popup or with the store icon on each row. The popup does not close while ADRI is working.
Image
You upload your photo, or ask ADRI to create one from scratch or retouch the current one.
Sales copy
ADRI improves the sales copy and leaves it in clean HTML. That text does not appear on the invoice.
SEO
ADRI suggests title, description and URL of the listing. Review them before saving.
Store API
Your website reads the catalogue; checkout remains in BionicAdri
The store API is read-only. It allows your website, or a store without its own interface, to show products with image, sales copy, SEO, prices and stock. Payment and stock deduction remain in BionicAdri. If you want to connect more systems, see integrations and APIs.
Own tokens
In the store API button in the catalogue, only for super-administrator and administrator, you create tokens that start with store_. The full value is only shown when you create it. You can pause or delete them.
Two endpoints
A list, with search and filters by type and category, and the detail of a product by its id, slug or SKU. Only active items marked as visible are shown.

A tab sends real requests and shows you the result and the equivalent command.
No internal data
Cost and commission are not exposed. Internal rates must have the storefront turned off, because a new item is visible by default.
Limit per token
Each token has its own limit of 120 requests per minute. If you exceed it, you get a 429 with the wait seconds.
Token on the server
Don't put the token in your website's public JavaScript. Use it from an intermediate server. If it leaks, delete it and create another one.
Price
From €275/month, AI included
You pay per seat: a seat is an AI task running in parallel, not a person, so there is no limit on users. The server where your data lives is chosen separately, from €100/month. Prices exclude VAT.
Frequently asked questions
What people usually ask us
Do I have to track stock for everything I sell?
No. Services and anything that doesn't run out can stay as unlimited stock. Stock tracking is enabled item by item, whatever the type.
Does the quote reserve units?
No. Only the issued invoice moves stock. The quote warns if there isn't enough, without deducting anything.
Can the invoice be blocked if there's no stock?
Not today: it only warns, so as not to hold up an urgent sale.
What does my website see through the store API?
Active products marked as visible, with image, sales copy, SEO, prices and stock. It doesn't see cost or commission.
Who can create API tokens?
The super-administrator and the administrator. An executive doesn't even see the button.
