Maintenance (CMMS)

CMMS Maintenance: assets, work orders and spare parts

Your company's workshop on a single screen: what equipment you have, what has broken down, what service is due and how many parts are left. It's for industrial SMEs, workshops and companies with a fleet that currently run it on paper or in spreadsheets.

What it is

What a CMMS is and what it includes here

CMMS stands for computerised maintenance management system. In BionicAdri it lives in Operations, in Maintenance, and brings everything together in a single room with tabs: Home, Assets, Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Spare Parts, Reports and Alerts.

You don't need to be a technician. Each tab and each button checks its own permission, so you can view the room without being able to create a work order. The module is activated in the Marketplace.

What it does for you

The whole workshop, tab by tab

Home

Four figures at a glance: assets, open work orders, alerts and spare parts with low stock. Below, plant stoppages and the workshop queue with the most urgent work orders.

Assets

Equipment and vehicles you maintain, with name, label and category. A magnifying glass searches by name, registration number or serial number.

Work orders

The cycle is simple: pending, start, in progress, complete. When you complete it, you enter the work carried out and the work order is closed.

Preventive maintenance

Plans such as every N days on an asset. When one is due, the system creates an alert and notifies administration by email and bell notification.

Spare parts

Workshop parts inventory with reorder point. You record goods in, goods out or a stock count, and the system won't let you take out more than you have.

Alerts and reports

Alerts for overdue preventive maintenance and low stock that you can acknowledge or resolve. Reports show the month's cost, overdue preventive maintenance and completed work orders.

How it works

From breakdown to closed work order

  1. You register your assets

You create each piece of equipment with its category, or import your fleet vehicles with one button, only once per vehicle.

  2. You open the work order

With the New button, or with Create Work Order from a plant stoppage. If the work order requires stopping the machine, that machine is blocked from automatic start-up.

  3. You close and review

You complete the work order with the work carried out, adjust the spare parts stock and review the alerts and the week's preventive maintenance.

How it fits with the rest

Plant, fleet and workshop without clashing

With production

A plant stoppage doesn't open a workshop order by itself: a person opens it with Create Work Order. That way sensors, demos or a misinterpreted photo don't fill up the workshop. If the machine doesn't have an asset, it's created when the first order is opened. More in production control.

With the fleet

In Home you see vehicles that aren't an asset yet or that have a service due soon. When you import one, its current order marks it as under maintenance, and when you close it, it returns to the state it had. More in fleet management.

With ADRI

ADRI drafts the text for overdue preventive maintenance notifications. If you ask for help in the chat, it suggests an order and you paste it into New. It doesn't invent data you haven't given it.

What it doesn't do

Completing an order doesn't deduct parts: stock is adjusted with the Stock button. And low stock adds to the counter, but doesn't trigger an alert by itself.

Permissions

By default, super-admin, admin and manager see the room and all its actions. The rest of the roles don't see the module, and the administrator can change it in Roles.

With your data safe

Everything stays on your server, with your users and your permissions. You can see how we protect it in security and compliance.

Price

From €275/month, AI included

You pay per seat: a seat is an AI task working in parallel, not a person, so there is no user limit. The server where your data lives is chosen separately, from €100/month. Prices exclude VAT.

Frequently asked questions

What people usually ask us

What is the difference between preventive and corrective maintenance?

Preventive maintenance is scheduled before something fails: a plan every N days on an asset. Corrective maintenance is the work order you open when something has broken down. Here you have both in the same room.

Can I manage the vehicles in my fleet?

Yes. From Home you import the vehicle as an asset, only once, and from then on it has its workshop orders. The vehicle record and tracking remain in Fleet.

Are spare parts deducted when an order is completed?

No. In this room, stock is adjusted manually with the Stock button: stock in, stock out or stocktake, with a reason.

Who receives the notification for an overdue preventive maintenance task?

Super-admin, admin and manager, by email and bell. WhatsApp only goes out if the alert is high or critical priority, or if the recipient has it enabled.

Does a work order open by itself when a machine stops?

No, and that's deliberate. A person clicks Create Work Order from Home. That way you avoid workshop orders from false alarms.

Are there downloadable reports?

The Reports tab gives three monthly figures: cost of completed orders, overdue preventive maintenance and completed orders. It's a quick glance, not a multi-page report.
