Control room
Each machine changes colour according to its status: green running, amber slow, pink stopped, grey waiting. A slow machine is not confused with a breakdown.
Production control (MES)
The BionicAdri control room shows you your machines as they are now: which order they are running, how many parts have come out and whether any are stopped. It is for factories and workshops that want to leave paper and whiteboard behind, without having to be technical.
What it is
An MES is the program that follows what happens on the plant floor as it happens. Here you see it on a single screen: the machines as cards linked by the manufacturing path (for example, Cut and then Pack) and the parts that have just come out travelling from one to another.
Only real facts are drawn. If a sensor or an operator has not counted a part, no moving dot appears. To have this, you need to activate the Production module in the Marketplace: in a new installation it is turned off.
What it does for you
Each machine changes colour according to its status: green running, amber slow, pink stopped, grey waiting. A slow machine is not confused with a breakdown.
When a quote with manufacturable lines is accepted, work orders are created in a queue. Pack does not start until Cut for the same order has finished.
Each machine can have an input sensor, an output sensor and a status sensor. If a device stops responding, the machine is marked as no signal and the order is paused.
A tablet next to the machine, with large buttons to press with gloves: Pause, Stop with reason, Bad part, Finish. You log in by choosing who has already clocked in or with the PIN.
Availability, rate and quality in a single number. Quality comes from the declared parts and the screen indicates whether the data is declared or estimated.
The operator marks how many parts are not good and why, with an optional photo. Each order carries its batch, so you know which batch each part came from.
How it works
You create the centre, the lines and the machines, and mark in the catalogue which services are manufactured. Then you set the planned rate for each process on each machine.
The sensors count the parts on their own. If a machine does not have an output sensor, the operator adds parts with a button on the kiosk.
Operators start, pause and finish orders from the tablet. You see the plant live, or on the factory TV in factory mode.
Control and analysis
The plant starts in manual mode: a person presses Start. In automatic, the sensor counts and the system starts the next order when it's due. The switch is saved.
A time slider repaints the scene as it was, up to a year ago. You also see parts per day, stoppage reasons, scrap by reason and the history of each order.
With Simulate plant, a separate demonstration plant is created, with toy machines and orders. It never touches your real machines and is deleted when finished.
Full screen, dark and with large text for the factory TV. No menus or editing buttons.
ADRI warns of a slow machine or that the shift is ending, and a single warning keeps updating. In manual mode it doesn't write on its own: it waits for you to talk to it.
A stoppage does not open a workshop order on its own: a person does it with a button. That way the workshop does not fill up with false alarms. This is covered by the maintenance module.
Price
You pay per seat: a seat is an AI task working in parallel, not a person, so users have no limit. The server where your data lives is chosen separately, from €100/month. Prices exclude VAT.
Frequently asked questions
No to start with. Without an output sensor, the operator adds the parts with a button on the tablet. With sensors, the count is automatic and the data is more reliable.
It multiplies availability, performance and quality. Quality comes from declared parts: made minus those marked as bad. If no one declares scrap, it is 100% and the data is labelled as declared.
It is recorded with its reason, its batch and, if you want, a photo. It doesn't subtract from the counter of parts made, because that part has come out of the machine. What changes is the quality of the OEE.
Yes. The simulation creates a separate demonstration plant, with eight scenarios such as slow part, real stoppage or dead sensor. When it finishes, everything in that plant is deleted.
No. It can comment on a photo of a stoppage or a bad part, but it never changes quantities, reasons or closes stoppages. Moreover, that function comes switched off and is only turned on if the client wants.
By default, super-admin, admin and manager. The administrator can grant permission to view or manage to other roles from Roles.
