We are BIONICADRI SOLUTIONS S.L., a team from Murcia (Spain) that makes management software with artificial intelligence. We do not have an office or entity in France: we can serve French companies by video call, email and WhatsApp. You can learn about us at about us.

Your data lives on servers in Europe, or on your own servers if you prefer to install it in your company. AI is included and runs on our own servers.
RGPD
ADRI only sees what the person asking it to do something can see, access logs cannot be deleted, and data rights requests have their own workflow.
EU AI Act
ADRI makes it clear it is an AI when it calls someone outside, generated images and videos carry its mark, and critical actions require a person's approval.
No surprises
Tax and employment features are built for Spain
It's better to know this before talking to us. The GDPR and the EU AI Act are European; these features, however, follow Spanish law:
Invoicing and taxation
VeriFactu and the Spanish Tax Agency forms are Spanish rules. We do not claim that they comply with your country's tax regulations.
People and time tracking
Time tracking, payroll and the pay register follow Spanish employment law, for example the 4-year retention of time records required by Spanish law.
Whistleblowing channel and equality
The whistleblowing channel follows Spanish Law 2/2023 and the equality plan, Spanish Royal Decree 901/2020. These are Spanish requirements.

A fixed price per seat, not per hour: a seat is an AI task running in parallel, not a person, so there is no limit on users. The server where your data lives is chosen separately, from €100/month. If you prefer your own servers, it can also be installed on them. Prices exclude VAT.

Do you have an office in France?
No. We are a company from Murcia (Spain) with a virtual office and we can work remotely with companies in France, by video call, email and WhatsApp.
Does it work in French?
Yes. The website and the platform are available in seven languages, including French, and ADRI replies in the language of whoever writes to it.
Does it comply with French tax and employment law?
We don't claim that. The tax and employment features are built for Spanish law. The GDPR and the EU AI Act do apply in France in the same way. For everything else, we assess it case by case.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in Europe, or on your company's servers if you choose to install it on them. This is explained on the security page.
How much does it cost?

Can I connect it to the software I already use?
Often, yes. MCP connectors let ADRI query your current software without changing it. It depends on the software, so we review it with you before promising anything.
