A company from Murcia that works remotely
We are BIONICADRI SOLUTIONS S.L., a team from Murcia (Spain) that makes management software with artificial intelligence. We do not have an office or entity in Italy: we can serve Italian companies by video call, email and WhatsApp. You can learn about us at about us.

Servers in Europe
Your data lives on servers in Europe, or on your own if you prefer to install it in your company. AI is included and runs on our own servers.
RGPD
ADRI only sees what the person asking it for something can see, access logs cannot be deleted and data rights requests have their own flow.
EU AI Act
ADRI says it is an AI when it calls someone outside, generated images and videos carry its mark, and critical actions require a person's approval.
No surprises
Tax and employment features are built for Spain
It is better to know this before talking to us. The GDPR and the EU AI Act are European; these features, however, follow Spanish law:
Invoicing and tax
VeriFactu and the Spanish Tax Agency forms are Spanish rules. We do not say they comply with your country's tax law.
People and time tracking
Time tracking, payroll and the pay register follow Spanish employment law, for example the 4-year retention of clock-in records required by Spanish law.
Whistleblowing channel and equality
The whistleblowing channel follows Spanish Law 2/2023 and the equality plan, Spanish Royal Decree 901/2020. These are Spanish requirements.

Fixed price per seat, not per hour: a seat is an AI task running in parallel, not a person, so there is no limit on users. The server where your data lives is chosen separately, from €100/month. If you prefer your own servers, it can also be installed on them. Prices exclude VAT.

Do you have an office in Italy?
No. We are a company from Murcia (Spain) with a virtual office, and we can work remotely with companies in Italy by video call, email and WhatsApp.
Does it work in Italian?
Yes. The website and the platform are available in seven languages, including Italian, and ADRI replies in the language of the person writing to it.
Does it comply with Italian tax and employment law?
We don't claim that. The tax and employment features are built for Spanish law. The GDPR and the EU AI Act do apply equally in Italy. For everything else, we assess it case by case.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in Europe, or on your company's servers if you choose to install it on them. This is explained on the security page.
How much does it cost?
From €275/month per seat, with AI included and unlimited users. A seat is an AI task running in parallel, not a person. The server is chosen separately, from €100/month. Prices exclude VAT.
Can I connect it to the software I already use?
Often yes. MCP connectors let ADRI query your current software without changing it. It depends on the software, so we review it with you before promising anything.
