What ADRI does with a ZIP of payslips
- Vision extracts text and tables from each PDF
- Supervisor matches with the employee (NIF/name/contract)
- Period is validated and duplicates are avoided
- Remains traceable for the employee portal and inspector
CodeBulk-upload payroll feature + Swiss restyle of the module. On CV/candidates: filters own_car, driving_license, forklift_license (tri-state forklift licence) — same operational HR thread.
Compliance
Payslips are not “loose documents”: they link to time tracking, pay gap RD 902/2020 and withholding. AI speeds up input; the Spanish data model was already in Laravel.

How the payroll batch works
The typical flow in BionicAdri is: you upload a ZIP or folder of PDFs → the Vision agent performs OCR and extracts fields (NIF, period, gross, withholding) → the Supervisor or the data specialist matches it with the employee in HR → the payroll module leaves the line ready for human review. It does not “invent” a worker: if there is no match, the shift marks it as pending.
- Input: native or scanned PDF; batches of dozens or hundreds of files.
- Output: rows in the payroll model + inconsistency alerts (duplicate period, NIF not found).
- Audit: every match remains traceable in the shift workspace.
Why it matters in Spain
Payroll is not an innocent attachment: it connects with time tracking (RD-L 8/2019), pay gap (RD 902/2020) and tax forms. Automating the input reduces human error; compliance remains in BionicAdri's ERP/HR, not in a loose script.
Frequently asked questions
Does it replace the HR department?
No. It speeds up upload and matching; final validation and signing remain human.
Where are the PDFs processed?
In your deployment (cloud, hybrid or on-premise). On-prem, files need not leave your network.
Does it integrate with time tracking?
Yes: the same employee record links payroll, time entries and HR documentation.
