What it is
What is a call-up
It is the notification with which the company calls a permanent seasonal worker at the start of their season (art. 16 of the Estatuto de los Trabajadores). The important thing is not only that they accept: it is being able to prove that they were notified, when and how.

Draft with ADRI
ADRI proposes a draft based on your collective agreement. It is never saved automatically: you review it and remove the revision marks once you have checked it.

Link with DNI and code
The worker opens the link, enters their DNI or NIE and receives a 6-digit code, by email or by WhatsApp if they do not have email.
Tracking per person
You see who is waiting, accepted, rejected, did not respond or has a failed delivery, and you can resend with a new link or cancel.
Signed PDF with evidence
The PDF contains the exact text sent and evidence pages: channel, date, IP, browser and fingerprint. Both HR and the worker themselves download it.

You write the text or ask ADRI for a draft, and review it with your employment adviser.
You choose who to recall
By default, those with a Permanent Seasonal contract are shown. You set the start date and deadline, and send.
Each worker responds
They sign the acknowledgement of receipt or reject with a reason. You track the status in real time and download the PDF.

Designed so you can prove the notice
Frozen text
When sent, the document text is frozen. If you change the template afterwards, what has already been sent does not change.
Errors with no clues
If the DNI, the code or the link fail, the page responds Invalid or expired, without saying what failed. After 5 incorrect DNI entries the link is blocked.
A sent recall notice cannot be deleted
It can only be cancelled. The record of what happened is append-only and each entry is chained to the previous one, so any alteration is detected.
Notices to HR
HR receives a notice when a link is blocked, when sending fails across all channels and when the worker responds.
Employee record
Each person's record shows every notice sent, its status, their response and the signed PDF.
What type of signature it is
It is a simple electronic signature with solid evidence, not a qualified signature. The example template is generic: review it with your adviser or your collective agreement.

You pay per seat: a seat is an AI task running in parallel, not a person, so there is no limit on users. The server where your data lives is chosen separately, from €100/month. Prices exclude VAT.
Frequently asked questions
What people usually ask us
Does the worker need an account?
No. They receive a link by email or WhatsApp, enter their DNI or NIE, receive a code and respond. There is no prior sign-up.
What happens if they don't answer?
When the deadline arrives, the recall notice automatically moves to No response. It is not a failure: it is still recorded that they were notified, when and via which channel.
Can I delete a sent recall notice?
No, only cancel it, because it is evidence. If they had already been notified, they are also notified of the cancellation.
Can ADRI send the notices?
No. ADRI only proposes template drafts that you review. It never touches the sending or the code.
Who can use this module?
By default, the HR role and the super-administrator. Admin and management do not see it. The administrator can change it in Roles.
