A supplier sends you the invoice in PDF. With routing enabled, the email becomes an expense draft: the AI reads the supplier, the amount, the VAT and the date, and leaves it ready for you to review and approve. We explain it in expenses and suppliers.

2. Quote follow-up
A quote that has been sent and not replied to is easily forgotten. You can activate reminders to close the sale, with a chain of alerts that you configure. It is within quotes and contracts.

3. Clocking in, shifts and holidays
Working time records, shifts and holidays live in the same place, and public holidays, holidays and sick leave are taken into account automatically. Details are in time tracking.

4. CRM that contacts leads

5. Production and maintenance
If you have machines, you can record orders, stoppages and defective parts, and see the status of the plant on a single screen. A stoppage does not open a work order on its own: a person opens it, to avoid filling the workshop with false alarms. It is explained in production and MES.

6. WhatsApp and email support
You can connect your WhatsApp number and your email inboxes, and let ADRI draft replies with the customer's data. You choose what is answered automatically and what goes through a person first.

Invoicing, pending payments, expenses and sales pipeline are in the same database, so a report is a question, not an afternoon of spreadsheets.

Issued and unpaid invoices can receive polite reminders, increasingly frequent as the due date approaches. ADRI never writes the IBAN in the email: bank details go in the invoice itself.

- Ask for it and review. For the first few weeks, check the result. That way you see where it gets it right and where it needs adjustment.

What the AI does not do
It's worth saying clearly, because it saves trouble:
- It does not replace your judgement. It suggests, drafts and prepares; decisions about money, hiring or pricing are yours.
- It can make mistakes. That's why it's worth reviewing anything important, especially at first: an expense read from a PDF, a message to a customer.
- It does not fix messy data by magic. If your customers are duplicated, the report will come out duplicated.
