Rooms with live status
Each room shows whether it is free now or until what time it is busy, with its capacity and equipment. A button opens its full schedule.
Meetings, rooms and schedule
Book rooms, arrange meetings with video calls, and let a client book a slot in your calendar without writing to you. It is for teams that currently exchange emails to meet up, and it is used from the Schedule tab in the menu.
What it is
Schedule brings together two tabs, Calendar and Rooms, and a side panel for Availability. They share the same schedule: a meeting with a room appears in the calendar of the organiser and each attendee, and removes that hour from their booking page.
Anyone internal in the company can use it. Portal clients don't see this module, because it is an internal-use tool.
What it does for you
Each room shows whether it is free now or until what time it is busy, with its capacity and equipment. A button opens its full schedule.
You invite colleagues by name or email, and external people by email, up to 30. If the room is busy at that time, it won't let you double-book.
With the chosen attendees, the app looks at their calendars and suggests slots when everyone is free. If there are none, it tells you.
Each meeting creates a video call link that doesn't require an account or installing anything. If you prefer your own Meet, Zoom or Teams room, you paste the address.
Colleagues receive a bell notification and an email. External guests receive an email with a calendar file that their Gmail or Outlook understands. If you move or cancel, it notifies automatically.
You share a booking page and whoever opens it chooses a free slot and leaves their details. It starts switched off: you activate it.
How it works
You click New meeting, add a title, date and time, and choose a room if you need one. With the Check button you see if it is free in that slot.
You add attendees and, if you don't know when, you use Find a common slot. The meeting must start in the future and last between 15 and 480 minutes.
Each attendee receives their invitation. Ten minutes before the end, the organiser and internal attendees receive a notice to free up the room.
Calendar, appointments and ADRI
Month, week, day and list views, with filters. You can export and import iCal files and connect CalDAV accounts, which synchronise automatically every 5 minutes.
The Free slots button highlights in green the times when you can be booked: your shift or your schedule, minus public holidays, annual leave, other leave and busy events.
The public page only asks for what you tick: phone, email or both. When booking, a private video call link is created and sent to both parties. It fits with your sales contacts.
In the chat you can write: book me the North Room tomorrow at 10 with Ana. ADRI finds a slot, books, notifies and also moves or cancels.
An event can run with ADRI at its time, and its result stays in a chat to follow up. These tasks don't block your appointment slots. Learn what ADRI does.
Any internal person can create meetings. Adding or editing rooms, and changing their photo, is for super-admin, admin and manager by default.
Price
You pay per seat: a seat is an AI task working in parallel, not a person, so there's no limit on users. The server where your data lives is chosen separately, from €100/month. Prices excluding VAT.
Frequently asked questions

No. They receive an email with the details, the video call link and a calendar file. They join from the browser, without a username or password.
The second booking is rejected with the notice The room is already booked for that time. Bookings for the same room cannot overlap.
Yes, with your public booking page. It's disabled by default: you enable it in the Availability panel, where you see the link and the QR code.
You can export and import iCal files and connect CalDAV accounts, such as Nextcloud or iCloud. Synced events take up a slot in your availability.
The titles of other people's meetings appear as Busy. You only see the title of your own, and whoever manages meetings sees all.
