Staff recruitment with AI: CV reading and GDPR consent

Candidates send their CV via a link or a QR code and ADRI reads it and fills in the profile. You filter, interview and decide, with controlled GDPR consent. It is for HR in SMEs with high turnover.

Reception

CVs come in on their own and ADRI reads them

You publish a link or a QR code and candidates upload their CV without creating an account, in PDF, Word or photo (up to about 10 MB). ADRI reads the document and fills in the profile. You review, you don't type.

Automatic reading

AI fills in name, email, phone, position, experience, languages, car, driving licence and forklift licence, and suggests the category. If the PDF is a scan, it converts it to an image and reads it the same way.

Bulk import

You drag many files at once and each one becomes a candidate. A live table shows what is pending, processing, completed or with error.

Scanned batch

If you have a single PDF with many CVs, ADRI suggests where to cut. You review the cuts, confirm them and each CV enters the normal flow. Human confirmation is mandatory.

Categories and salaries

You define the vacancies with a salary band. It is shown on the public page and, if missing, only a warning appears: it never prevents sending the CV.

Duplicates

If a profile looks like another existing one, the warning “Possible duplicate candidate” appears. It only warns. HR decides.

Who sees it

CVs are seen by HR, manager and super-admin. The admin doesn't. Every access to a profile or download is logged.

Process

From “new” to “hired” on a board

Each candidate goes through five states: new, reviewed, interview, hired or rejected. You see them in a list, with search and filters, or in a board by columns.

  1. You filter

By status, category, source, car, driving licence, forklift, crew or if active.

  2. You schedule the interview

From the profile, ADRI shows you your free slots. You choose one, the appointment is created in your calendar and ADRI confirms the date and time to the candidate by email and WhatsApp.

  3. You close with respect

With a rejection you can save the internal reason, which the candidate never sees. The “Notify rejection” button sends a generic message, only once.

The first time, the recruiter accepts a legal notice about AI screening. ADRI helps to read and sort, but a person always decides. The candidate is informed on the public page that AI is used and that there is human review. There is an optional portal for the candidate to view and correct their data; it is off by default.

RGPD

Consent with expiry and deletion on request

Mandatory consent

To submit their CV, the candidate accepts. The date, IP and legal text are saved.

Expires after 6 months

Before it expires, ADRI writes to them by email and WhatsApp with a Yes/No. After 10 days it reminds them. If they do not respond, the CV is paused. It is not deleted and they can reactivate it with the same link.

Right to erasure

The candidate can request it from their link. Their profile is deactivated instantly and HR receives a notification. A person with permission deletes it permanently.

Consent history

A screen collects notices and responses, which can be filtered. If the candidate deletes themselves, their history is kept with only their number, without name or email.

Optional purge

You can activate automatic deletion of deactivated CVs after a number of months. It is off by default: each company decides.

They are tools for compliance, not a guarantee of compliance. What you keep and for how long remains your company's decision. We explain this in security and compliance.

Crews

Who shares a car to get to work

In field or plant jobs, transport decides whether someone can accept the role. A crew groups together people who travel together, even if they are still candidates.

Candidates and employees together

The same crew can mix both, and the link remains when you hire.

A single driver

You mark who drives, with used and free seats. There are filters and icons for car, licence and forklift in the listings.

“We come together”

On the public page, whoever uploads several CVs can tick it and the crew is created automatically. HR then confirms who drives.

After hiring, the candidate becomes an employee and enters the time tracking. If you work with permanent seasonal campaigns, see the call-ups.

Price

From €275/month, AI included

You pay per seat: a seat is an AI task running in parallel, not a person, so there is no limit on users. The server where your data lives is chosen separately, from €100/month. Prices exclude VAT.

Frequently asked questions

What people usually ask us

Do candidates need to create an account to submit their CV?

No. They use a public form, via link or QR, without login. They accept consent and upload their CV in PDF, Word or photo.

What data does the AI fill in when reading a CV?

Name, email, phone, role, experience, languages, car, driving licence and forklift licence, and it suggests a category. HR can review and correct it.

Does AI decide who gets hired?

No. It helps to read and sort applications. Only HR changes the status of the process, and the candidate receives a notification that there is a human review.

How long does the candidate's consent last?

Six months. Before it expires, ADRI asks them to renew it. If they don't respond, the CV is paused but not deleted, unless you activate automatic purge.

Can a candidate ask for their data to be deleted?

Yes. They request it from their link, their profile is deactivated instantly and HR receives a notification. Permanent deletion is carried out by a person with permission.

Who can see CVs?

HR, manager and super-admin. The admin does not. Every access is logged with who, what and when.
