Financial dashboard
A summary with income and expenses for the month/quarter/year, a 12-month chart of invoicing vs. expenses, outstanding invoices, and upcoming tax deadlines.
Quotes
Create a quote
- Go to Quotes → New.
- Select the client (or create it on the fly).
- Add lines with products or services.
- Choose the applicable VAT and the validity period.
- Save as draft or send it to the client.
Public quote
Each quote sent generates a unique public link. The client can view it without needing an account, accept or reject it with one click, and leave comments. You receive instant notification when they decide.
Generate with AI
Describe in natural language what you want to offer and your assistant automatically drafts the quote lines.
Invoices
From quote to invoice
When a quote is accepted, an invoice draft is generated with all the details. Review and issue it — from that moment it is recorded in accounting.
Automatic payment reminders
If you enable it, your assistant writes and emails reminders for unpaid invoices in stages: gentle reminders as the due date approaches, more insistent ones as time passes, until the invoice moves to human follow-up.
Important: reminders never include bank details or account numbers — those details appear only on the invoice itself, avoiding transfer errors.
Register a payment received
Open the paid invoice, click Register payment, enter the date and amount. The accounting entry is generated automatically.
Purchases and expenses
Suppliers, expenses and purchase orders live in the same space with tabs to move between views, and a complete record for each supplier with their purchase history.
Upload an expense
- Upload the supplier invoice as a PDF or photo.
- The system automatically extracts the date, supplier, total, taxable base and VAT using optical reading.
- Select the supplier from the drop-down (or create a new one by typing its name).
- Review and save.
The accounting category is suggested automatically; you can accept or change it.
Accounting
Everything is automatically recorded using double-entry bookkeeping. You can view the balance sheet, the profit and loss account, the trial balance and the general journal — all exportable to Excel and PDF.
Tax obligations (Spain)
The usual periodic tax forms for Spanish SMEs are generated automatically: quarterly VAT, the summary of transactions with third parties above the annual threshold, and the annual VAT summary. The system notifies you in advance with a configurable lead time before each deadline.
Electronic invoicing (VeriFactu)
Invoicing generates the technical elements of VeriFactu: each invoice is chained with a SHA-256 fingerprint and includes XML, QR and an audit log, making it difficult to alter without leaving a trace. Actual submission to the Spanish Tax Agency is not yet available.
Sales commissions
If your sales team is paid on sales, the system automatically calculates commissions based on the product type (configurable percentages), with an approval workflow: pending → approved → paid.
Other available automations
- Bank reconciliation — you import the bank statement and the system automatically matches each payment received with its invoice, marking it as paid.
- Quote follow-up — email notification for sent quotes with no response.
- Daily briefing — an executive summary with cash, overdue items, quotes and what to focus on today.
- Expense anomaly detection — flags suspicious expenses with a risk score, without blocking anything.
They are all activated and configured from the module settings, with independent switches and, in most cases, a test mode so you can see them working without sending anything real.
Do you already have another management system?
The platform can act as an artificial intelligence and user experience layer on top of an external ERP that you already use: customers, suppliers, invoices, expenses, quotes and orders are synchronised automatically in both directions, without duplicating data.
